All Softrock directors are well experienced explorationists over much of the world, therefore, it is reasonable to expect that the Corporation's main thrust will be exploring and developing for oil, gas and minerals within Canada and abroad. It is your company's objective to budget about 75% of its field expenditures to drilling close in oil and gas plays to increase its net income. However, about 25% will be budgeted to take longer risk projects that if sucessful, could more rapidly increase the size of the company.
