Softrock Directors Exercise Stock Options

Directors of Softrock Minerals Ltd. have collectively exercised 492,950 share options at a price of $0.10 per share and are currently in the process of being granted a total of 574,495 new share options at an exercise price of $0.1125 per share subject to CDNX approval. the Directors have no other knowledge of a material change in the Corporation that would account for recent trading.
