Possible Massive Sulphide Deposits on Lindenow Property To Be Re-Visited
Softrock Petroleums Ltd. today announced that previously identified possible massive sulphide deposits of copper-lead-zinc on the Corporation's Lindenow property will be re-visited as part of the Corporation's imminent ground geology and geophysical surveys in Southeast Greenland. Just received, preliminary results of recently flown helicopter-Em/Magnetic surveys look very encouraging over the same areas. Lode gold and shear zone hosted gold prospects, outlined in 1996, will also be extensively sampled with the objective of bringing a total of up to three varied prospects to the drilling stage.
Softrock also announced the recent award of an additional 127 km2 of choice exploration rights,
immediately adjacent to a remarkable new gold prospect (assays to 3.9oz/mt), located on the North
flank Of Softrock's 100%-owned Lindenow property which now covers 1,229 km2 (122,900 hectacres or 307,250 acres).
