(TSX- SFT) ("Softrock") has filed with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and New Brunswick its statement of reserves data and other oil and gas information for the year ended December 31, 2007 (the "Statement of Reserves Data"), as mandated by National Instrument 51-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities.
