Softrock Minerals Ltd (SFT on the TSX Venture Exchange) has filed its reserve report on SEDAR for the end of 2004, (NI 51-101) as prepared by Trimble Engineering Associates Ltd of Calgary, Alberta. The reserve report states that the company’s share of proven plus probable oil is 178,800 bbls. with a present worth at 5% of $146,000 or at 10%, $123,000.

This is an increase in value over last year’s value of 48% due to higher oil prices plus pushing ahead the ultimate time when the wells will have to be abandoned.
