Softrock Minerals Ltd. has obtained shareholder approval to change it's corporate name to Softrock Resources Ltd.
Softrock Minerals Ltd. has obtained shareholder approval to change it's
corporate name to Softrock Resources Ltd. Also approved by the shareholders
at the Corporation's AGM held in Calgary April 29, 2003 is a planned roll
back, or consolidation, of common shares whereby one "new" share
will be issued for each three "old" shares. All past share options
held by Softrock Directors were cancelled. Softrock's trading symbol continues
to be "SFT" on the Venture Exchange and it's website is still
www.softrockminerals.com.
Softrock trades on the Alberta Stock Exchange under the trading symbol "SFT".
